5 daily habits that will improve your mental health in 2023

With the end of 2022 approaching and the arrival of 2023, it is time to reflect on the 12 months that shaped you into the person you are today. I remember in December 2021 I wrote a goal about publishing my first ebook on Amazon, which I accomplished in May this year. This ebook is close to my heart, as it made me start my journey of loving and accepting myself. Now that 2023 is approaching, I was wondering if I should make another goal of writing my next book or something else.
