Try doing this for a day or so and gradually make it to weeks, months, and years.

3. Be aware- We are constantly distracted by work, phones, and other stuff that we forget to actually feel grateful for the positivity that already exists in our lives. While we are so focused on scrolling Instagram reels and playing games we miss out to see how blessed we are.  Being fully present takes practice, but the benefits are enormous. 4. Mirror affirmations- My favorite way of bringing instant peace and positivity into my life is by speaking in front of the mirror. When you speak positive affirmations while looking in the mirror, it immediately sends positive signals to your brain, which are then passed to your whole body. Say it loud and tell yourself that no matter what, you aren't going to give up.

5. Cut off negative influence- The things we listen to and surround ourselves with have a significant impact on our mindset, both positively and negatively. Consider your daily routine, watch out for what you listen to and read to and also be mindful of who you surround yourself with.

6. Be kind- They say what you give more of, you receive the same! It means whatever you give to the outside world, you will receive in one way or another. So why not be kind and show compassion towards everyone, including yourself? Performing small random acts of kindness can give you the inner peace that you are constantly looking for. When we help others who are less fortunate than us, we realize how much we have to be grateful for—and we unknowingly generate positive energy.
